About
About farflung.run
farflung.run is written and operated by the editors of this site. We are not Farflung LLC, and we do not run farflung.game. The game is theirs. The notes here are ours.
Evidence and scope
The editorial method is source checking: official rules for the timer and scoring, official rulings for country boundaries, and a dated public day file for answer tiers. Editorial explanations are labelled as explanations, not claimed play sessions or publisher statements.
What we publish
Rules and rulings are taken from farflung.game and rewritten. Answer pages restate the prompt, name the gem pins, and give a short reason. They do not paste the full accepted list. Expedition pages are built from the public day files, and only for dates that have already started.
The game, its art, its prompts, and its code belong to Farflung LLC. The chart illustrations on this site are original decorative artwork, not gameplay screenshots or accurate map tools. We do not host official game artwork, recordings, code, or complete answer lists.
How to reach us
Email [email protected]. Corrections to a ruling, a gem, or a broken link are read from that address. The editorial policy explains what we change and what we leave.
